AS OF JANUARY 6, 2020 WE NO LONGER HAVE

WALK-IN CLINIC

WE HAVE SAME DAY ACCESS

MON, TUES, THUR, FRIDAY 8AM - 1PM

It is important to keep your regularly scheduled appointment with your provider.

Patients may come in the following day (anytime between 8am and 2pm) to be seen by any available prescribing provider present in the clinic who is able to see a non-scheduled client. Generally, we expect that patients will likely be seen within 2 hours of arrival, though this is not predictable as these are for non-scheduled appointments. We do ask that you contact us to let us know that you plan to come the next day and about what time so that we can prepare for your arrival.

Sincerely, VCSB Management Team

MISSED YOUR APPOINTMENT?

COME THE FOLLOWING DAY BETWEEN

8AM - 2PM

Please note the following exceptions:

If you are unable to come in the next day due to illness or transportation issues, you can request to be rescheduled for the following week and medications may be bridged until then.

If you have recently been discharged from a hospital or jail, we will attempt to reschedule you within the week.
